The Callsign is used by Turkish Airlines for Delivery Flights, the Aircraft departed from Finkenwerder which is where they build the Airbus.
The route it took over London is possibly to do some checks before they head for Turkey, as they can also call into Toulouse as well if they find any Gremlins.

Quite a few airbus aircraft over the last year or so have come through UK airspace. I'm told its due to whatever lease agreement they have, with whatever company, some require that the aircraft actually transits the UK on delivery. When I was in the Brighton area over easter this year, there was a Virgin Australia A330, on delivery out of TLS, well she headed up through France, came across the channel, then turned right and headed off towards Germany......was a nice sight to see when her trail curved right over the south coast!!!!!
