The last Venice flight of the season will be on 5th September. The flight resumes again at the end of March 2021

Liverpool half term is wc 26 Oct. I’ll be amazed if Barcelona stays as daily for them two weeks and Belfast at 8 per day

As the October school's half-term week is not 'fixed' by including a Monday Bank Holiday, some LEAs select the earlier week, others the later option - therefore the two week spread of extra flights. Naturally Friday /Saturday/Sunday flights are sought after to maximise a week away - I'd be surprised if all the Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday flight options are timetabled to operate though.

I noticed two Belfast services in and out this morning. Departures / Arrivals pretty close to one another.

Do you think it's due to quantine requirements travelling to France ?

If it is then why are southern England airports and Edinburgh airports flying?

Well it cant be due to quarantine.
My guess is down to higher fares. Dont know how true it is that if they cancel a flight then they pay the fares back to the customer, but if they fly a route then its down to the customer to cancel which in turn allows them to keep the fare. They would rather keep the higher fare than reimburse them.

They have cancelled routes into Nice from all the UK except for London, Bristol and Edinburgh. Manchester-Nice is also still available in Sept according to the app, every Thu and Sun.

Their shutdown is longer than Liverpool's shutdown, 27 Sept to 25 Oct.

Their shutdown is longer than Liverpool's shutdown, 27 Sept to 25 Oct. Sorry, didn't see the dates in question, but yes, MAN's is longer. A whole 3 days. It's almost like the days of operation have played a part in that decision!
