Just looked on easyJet website (all local times):
Sundays 25 July - 24 October Depart Liverpool 10.30, Arrive Malta 15.00. Depart Malta 15.40, Arrive Liverpool 18.30
Tuesdays 27 July - 26 October Depart Liverpool 07.30, Arrive Malta 12.00. Depart Malta 12.40, Arrive Liverpool 15.30
Would think it worthwhile having a return flight on 31 October (weekend of winter timetable starting) to allow a full week holiday for school half term.

Ive been told by a reliable friend that Children are not being allowed into the island, so maybe if you are planning to visit Malta with young children it is best to check first to see if this is true.

Iceland is still on the green, maybe Easyjet could start twice weekly to Keflavik, that would be a great currently unserved route.
Mahon Minorca would be great addition too for summer, Easyjet flew there a few years ago didnt they ?

easyJet website has the following:
Nice will restart on Friday at two per week until 3rd October and Krakow is showing as resuming on 8th September. Madrid and Barcelona not restarting until the summer schedules 2022 although there is a Barcelona flight showing on 1st November. Antalya, Bodrum and Dalaman also showing as not starting until summer 2022 - these were due to start in September.

Flew to Bournemouth last Saturday (7th) on A319 G-EZAP at 0710 hours with 30 passengers aboard. Returned on Wednesday (11th) on A320 G-EZPE at 0910 hours with 46 passengers aboard. Interestingly most passengers had opted to pay for "up front" seats in view of the new baggage policy. At the airport taxis have to be rung for and you can wait for up to half an hour for it to arrive. They are also much more expensive than on Merseyside.

Similar to my experience on 31st July, 34 out and 35 back. There is a bus service but it only operates Monday to Friday. I don't think I will be a regular on the route, lol.

Bournemouth is OK if you are on an Aircraft spotting trip around that area of the country, or maybe an alternative to flying into Southampton which is about 30 miles from Bournemouth.

Quite interesting in that my youngest daughter who lives more or less in the centre of Bournemouth found it easier to take a train to Southampton than mess around trying to get to and from Bournemouth airport. Mind you that was when she could get on a FLYBE and pop over to us at La Rochelle. They were the days.....
Good luck and thanks to EasyJet for giving it a try.
