Belfast (City and Aldergrove) are both showing as quite light which might account for the difference. And as mentioned three days currently only have six first wave departures 🤷♂️ Bit weird to say but I think on some days there are too many Belfasts maybe 5 to 6 daily is a decent number. Some days there seems to be like 3 in the space of 3-4hrs and they are not very full. Maybe some longer routes to drop a few Belfast's would be welcome

With regards to the 8th aircraft it is my understanding the request has been made for the 8th aircraft to be based next summer. However the board are still yet to agree on this decision. I think it’s all due to easyJet aircraft delivery’s which will go to other bases.

They're primarily business, visiting friends and family, students etc. It's a market that is sensitive to frequency and timing. Therefore its always worked for Easyjet on a lower LF. For years LPL was BFS's largest market outside London. In recent years Easyjet has split the LPL route between BFS/BHD which often makes LPL an unviable option for our lot over there because you can only park your car at one of them, and there isn't an ideally timed flight back into the airport you departed from or vice versa.
