I was glancing through old LAAS "Aviation News" magazines whilst doing some unrelated historical research, and stumbled upon Italian civil register allocations for a period in 1968.
Most of the types listed were familiar to me but amongst the Cessnas,SIAI-Marchettis,etc. were three Uribel-Ds (of which c/n 027 was amusingly registered I-F*CK!).
I am aware that Italy allocated main-sequence registration marks to gliders,so this may offer a possible explanation.
All I can find on Google about "Uribel" tells me it is a medication for urinary tract infections.
Does anyone know what these aircraft were?
Cheers,Keith
