Over many years,I have gathered an extensive collection of aviation books, many of which are now redundant to my requirements.
These include many of the usual civil/military spotting books such as production lists, annual fleets/markings by a variety of publishers dating back in some cases to the 1960s.
I do realise that most of you out there will have homes filled with similar junk, but wondered if anyone might want any of this stuff before it goes for recycling.
Is there a library or historical archive anywhere which might be interested in a lot of old (free) books?
Ideas,anyone?

Each year at the Manchester avp fair, they have a charity table. You could donate them to TAS for the charity table.

Thanks Steve,
I have always avoided the AVP on the occasion of aviation fairs, but your suggestion might provide a good way to dispose of my old books. I shall certainly bear it in mind.
Cheers,Keith
