I spent this soggy Sunday scanning 35mm negatives from way back. One of the photos was this shot of MH434 with 350 Squadron codes applied, it was taken at Woodford on December 5th 1995. On the same day there were two Belgian Air Force F-16 and a Merlin visiting Woodford also. The date would have been close to the 50th anniversary of 350 squadron. But does anyone have any details of why they were at Woodford? I know it’s a long time ago, but I thought maybe someone on the forum may know the reason they were present. Cheers Shaun

An event to commemorate the handover of the first Sabena RJ85 I think.

I think you are spot on with that info Dave. OO-DJL and JK delivered the day after. My 350 Sqdn 50th Anniversary theory fell over when I noticed the F-16's weren't from 350 Sqdn!
