I have just got back from a 10 day trip to doha and dubai ( non spotting ) here are just a few pictures of the dubai sights.

I was in Dubai in the '80s visiting the Dubai Air Wing.
That's when Dubai was still a small fishing village and Emirates had just received their first aircraft, a Boeing B727-200 compliments of the Amir.
Have to admit, I prefer Dubai as it was then to the present megalopolis!

Not managed the Middle East yet, but hoping to visit Abu Dhabi next year where my cousin has just taken a job with Etihad.
