The big Move is on now. Buses have been seen moving from Gillmoss to their new depots At Rock Ferry and Chester. Majority have been driven by Gillmoss Staff and a few First Staff as not all have been type trained

No just using Gilmoss spares to get some Stagecoach liveried vehicles on the roads of wirral...otherwise using first liveried vehicles with new owner/address stickers and taking first titles off the buses till repainted or exchanged etc. regards Dave

Loads of buses including brand new 62 plate enviros have been stored at Gillmoss awating the transfer date. First Vehicles finished service on Saturday and had logos and Legal lettering applied. I was in Gillmoss a few weeks ago and there was vehicles having logos applied for Wirral and Chester

Unfortunately none are heading Liverpool's way. Recent acquisitions in Manchester and Wigan are also about to benefit. On a slightly different note, it looks like a large scale battle is about to commence as some of the big boys aren't pleased with what Stagecoach are doing. If any of the smaller companies are thinking about selling out - now, could well be the best time to do it. Interesting times ahead
