Interesting solution. When I was working in Antigua in the early 80s, the island had been overrun with snakes, so they brought in mongooses. They did the job, but they reproduce at a phenomenal rate and before they knew it, the island was overrun with them. I haven't been back for many years, but I understand they had to put a culling programme in place to reduce the population. Dead mice seem a better option!

Can't they just use explosives , they don't have much qualms anywhere else on the planet !

Last time I was in Antigua there was so much "weed" they could care less about Mongooses. or is it Mongoose i, lol
