A few further photos from me today, this time from the 27 mound 1640-1740ish. Got there just in time to see the NetJets Citation arrive, but not in enough time to be ready and in the correct position for the best photo. Still second best will have to do! I'm severely out of practice taking photos of action on 27 (the other photo of CS-DXJ I took, it was half behind a traffic sign - but I don't admit to that one!). A resident Cirrus - the white always looks so much better in bright sunlight with a nice blue backdrop. D-BOOC, Citation X - a little late arriving, but worth waiting for, even if Carl didn't by a few minutes! Note: a German aircraft with an underwing registration. Seems that Britain is not the only country to actually implement European legislation after all! Hardly an inspiring colour scheme! Very likely bringing in a Premiership Club for a match on Merseyside tomorrow. The question was asked: Which is the most valuable - the Dornier 328 or the Team inside?? Quite a relief to be back taking photos at Liverpool again after what seems like 3 months of 09 winds. How long will this 27 interlude last?

Cantillion, probably the Irish Gulfstream IV that arrived Thursday or Friday. The Manx Premier was on the GA. Later on the Portuguese NetJets Citation parked close into the Ravenair hangar on the GA and the German Citation X used the main apron - but that was two hours after your sighting.

Did Airbus make it in time for that Citation? I'm sure he was hoping to get down in time to see it, but was delayed a little leaving Aintree waiting for the last couple of heli's to lift.
