As Alex has said in his post A109 G-WOFM visited Ronaldsway for fuel, parking on Victor for around 45 minutes, and so was parked with fellow A109 G-STGR. G-STGR departed later on in the afternoon. G-FFBG remained on Victor then but also has since departed. Ecureill G-IFBP arrived after 16:00 parking at Manx Flyers. The Gatwick Easyjet was worked by G-EZFG, not it's first visit but still a new reg in my books Missed G-EZFL on the morning Liverpool, still need that one. Also this evening between about 17:10 and 18:20 RAF Brize Norton Hercules J ZH875 was in hold patterns and performed three overshoots of 26, all in atrocious light. A new sight for me, I have seen many diffrent bids being scared off the airfield, crows, pheasants, gulls, starlings, pigeons and so on, however this afternoon a pair of swans came and sat on the threshold of 08!

A few photos from today, first off the other kind of winged things on the runway! G-WOFM lifts off... Departing back to Peel past G-STGR And finally ZH875 on its final overshoot, this was pretty much as close as it got!

Some nice shots there David!. Arriving this morning was G550 N550GV parking outside the PJC hangar. Apparently for a few days. Citation 510 Mustang G-XAVB arrived at 11:50 parking on "V" departing in the afternoon. Legacy M-INTS remains inside the hangar. There was also an unidentified Hawk overshoot about 13:10. Easyjets: EZY633/4 Liverpool G-EZFU EZY853/4 Gatwick G-EZBA EZY637/8 Liverpool G-EZFK

Hawk overshoot was T2 ZK017 'H'. Raytheon Hawker 900 G-ORYX arrived around 17:30, parking on Victor, then departed at around 18:25. N550GV is parked very close to the fence, with the tip if the tail being out over the fence!

Thanks for the ID on the Hawk David. Just remembered that paying a short visit this morning was Kingair G-FLYW.

Flybe have been suprisingly interesting this morning! Brussels Airlines coloured Dash G-ECOK worked the morning Birmingham rotation, and the delayed morning flight in from Manchester was worked by E175 G-FBJI (first visit?)

I thought M-IGWT had gone too, heard something load depart at 10:50, must have been G-FBJI! which I think may be a first visit David. I am guessing that Easyjet's LGW flight today may have gone tech, so at about 17:10 A319 G-EZIX positioned as EZY9004 from Belfast to operate the IOM-LGW then to return to IOM later operating the even more delayed LGW-IOM flight. ETA 20:55 on a 16:10 flight!.

All action today ..... Flybe used E175 G-FBJA on a very late Birmingham flight - in at 1145 out 1220.
Gulfstream N550GV departed at 1200.
ZK029 Hawk T2 "VYT72" made a go-around at 1242.
As I type this (1430) Citationjet 2 G-CGUZ is inbound.
Over at Manx Flyers the frequent visitor Malibu N921GG is parked right at the back of the apron - this prompted me to check the Ravenair site and note that, sadly, they are not intending to return this summer so there will be no handling services, or training facilities. One wonders how this might effect the (ever decreasing) number of TT visitors later this month ?

C525 G-CGUZ departed later this afternoon. Returning at about 17:10 was Cessna 560XLS G-XBEL which visited this morning, this time as "AVB863". It then departed for a visual circuit and go-around and continued on to Jersey. There was a silver cirrus parked on "V" this afternoon, I presume it was only N868CK That's not good hear Marquis

Cirrus G-DOLI called in this afternoon, arriving around 15:40 and departing later, although it's not silver! A Hawk T2 also performed an overshoot at 10:50, but no idea on reg. Afternoon easyjets were G-EZGB on the Gatwick and G-EZEG on Liverpool.

According to my records GEZGB was a first visit - not many more to go !
Today GEZBA was sat on a stand at 1015 with no sign of any activity - is this a new time, a delay or has it gone tech ?

Very quiet this afternoon - SELNY departed as "Westlux 900" at 1425; Squirrel GWHST called in to V just after 1600; Easyjet used GEZGD on the Gatwick and (again) GEZMH from Liverpool.
However, the big surprise is work being carried out on the Metro EC-GPS - doors open and the starboard engine nacelles removed - from my recollection it's been stored out since shortly after the other Metro crashed at Cork in February 2011.
