X2 already exisits in this area namely the Stagecoach operated, Liverpool to Preston bus,no doubt that will cause confusion, persumably the website will be available at some stage for advance bookings on line which seems to be £10 return to Manchester and airport from Liverpool and airport.

Both web addresses now working. However you must ignore part of the introductory information as it states 'every 2 hours' whereas the timetable clearly shows an hourly link for 24 hrs per day (except Christmas Day) Timetable also available at: www.merseytravel.gov.uk Greatly improved access to timetables in same format as the printed versions All listed according to number of route - X2 appears in alphabetic section.

its £9.50 single or return. dont know how much it is on he train to manchetser but i think this is cheaper but alot longer It probably would be if people were to use it to get to Manchester City Centre but I don't think they will - Terevisions service will win hands down for that. This service is mainly intended to attract people using both Manchester/Liverpool Airports from Widnes/Warrington and being express should be quicker than catching the train too
