Dave now has entered on www.nwan.co.uk/may13.doc the visiting aircraft logs for May 2013. Always an interesting record of movements. It is quite remarkable that we have been recording every visiting aircraft to Liverpool, without a break for over 57 years (ie since around 1956). Without these records much of the historical data recorded in the Liverpool 'Nostalgia' section would have been impossible. A great deal of effort has been put in by numerous enthusiasts over the years on behalf of MGAE/MSAE/MAS/A-B(M)/NWAN. Many thanks to Dave for continuing the tradition and bringing us such complete information.

Few will know, but it all very nearly came to an end with the April review, due to difficulties in obtaining the raw data. May I just thank all those who have helped me in the past and new contacts who have made the continuation of this service possible. It is a privilege to receive the data and must never be taken for granted.

Talking of data, I asked, without success, for another method/program/database of collecting airliner movements at LPL as FlightStats has Ryanair missing from its site.
