Another one for the seaside resorts and quite a headache for it's owners, Centrebus. First time I've seen a photo of Transpeak which was formed in 2012 as a result of Centrebus's acquisition of Bowers Coaches and the Buxton division of Trent Barton.
On a slightly different note but possibly of interest to some on the forum especially if they live in the Huddersfield area. Centrebus Holdings and not Centrebus own local operator K-Line but are totally separate entities. The Holding company is 60% owned by Centrebus directors in 60/40 partnership with Arriva.

In an interesting development, on the 9th September all Centrebus directors sold their shares in Centrebus Holdings to Arriva. www.examiner.co.uk/news/west-yorkshire-news/arriva-plc-buys-huddersfield-bus-5872345
