Anyone catch the latest episode of the above programme covering the guy who buys salvage and is based in North Wales ?
He visited a company Air and Ground in Staffs where military stuff is stripped and sold off. including aircraft like C130 and Nimrod.

Last night he grabbed aluminum ladders from Hercules at £50 each. 4 nimrod crew seats £300 and best buy was a pair of complete Props and hubs I think from an early 130 someone else had paid for engines but didn`t want the props so he got two complete for £500

I think the engines and props were off an andover which would make them Darts, didn't he buy some runway approach lights as well ?

Yep he purchased a crate of 100 assorted runway lights for £100, I dd think the props hadn`t come off a 130. Seems to have good stuff for sale especially if your a collector of odd bits. Wife has banned me from Stafford and North Wales. :}
