entered by admin, due to a deletion error
In deleting a duplicated post on this thread, actually deleted the original post in error. However was able to copy the original before my I-pad lost it and paste in where the post I was deleting previously was!
"Hope this is the right place for this request as it was close to EGNR flying around the deeside industrial area and river was a survey helicopter it had booms on both sides i think it was a bell but did turn once and i thought it could have been a squirrel I was waiting for the bus and the time was 16:45 any ID would be appreciated.
Thanks Richard."
Problem is that this thread starter now appears with the name box of the first reply.
Note to myself: 100 lines - Before I medle with a thread, make sure I know what I'm doing. Another note to myself- Don't use an I-pad when in 'administrator' mode!
My apologies all round.
Incidentally is the black and yellow (rather like a Police scheme) coloured Squirrel G-NETR still around the region? It conducts surveys of railway lines, quite often hovering over a location for some time.

Evening Richard. Listening to CEG ATC transmissions but I'm afraid I am unable to shed any more light on it.

Further to the above. Would have helped if I had included the fact that it was a Squirrel Helio. Regards Richard Cranium
