Just wondered if anyone else managed to listen in to ATC with the departing charter flight taking home this bomber back to Tripoli. I managed whilst watching the news to pick up c/s AAW 222 departing southbound from Glasgow climbing to 31`0 on 135.850 then routed to Honily on 133.705 and cleared to 33`0 on 131.130 the funny thing is the nearer (so to speak) to Wallasey it moved the worse the reception got for some reason 134.460 new to me anyway was pretty bad. But I was quite impress with a hand held icom to get reception so far north. One touch of irony I noticed and am suprised the press didnt pick it up was as he climbed the servisair steps to board the plane to depart, written large was the following "NEXT TIME.....RELAX BEFORE YOU FLY" How inappropriate I thought.

I would not agree to release this man on compassionate grounds. I have no compassion for murderers and terrorists. However, I would agree to release him if he was innocent, and there are those, even Dr Swires(?) who speaks for many of the UK victims, who seem to think there is of evidence of that. Will we ever know the truth?

At least the Septics can only vent their rath at the Jockistanies for this and not Britain as a whole. It was their Government who agreed to his release. Wonder if Brown, speaking for UK Government, will criticise a fellow Scot for his actions? Somehow I doubt it!

Another slimy backdoor deal done by Lord Medlesomme aided by Tony Blair and G Brown. What this Country appears to others now beggars belief.

How smart of Brown to blame someone else for this shameful act of cowardice--spin spin spin. This could NOT have been done without Brown's consent Who is he trying to blame--the Scots Nats? Well they will clear Labour out of their Scottish homeland in the next election so its worth a try. Can we please get a government in who represents the British people and not these most corrupt of politicians--they even make the Tories look moral and that is NOT an easy task. Then we have the sight in Luton of our troops again being reviled in their own streets by the Moslem scum. Time to deport THEM if they cannot support the country that is paying them to stay here and breed like cockroaches. Its beginning to push me towards the BNP is all this.--and I never thought that that would be possible with my democratic outlook and beliefs.

Johnnoakes, about the Luton scum , I noticed in the Daily Express paper today but buried on page 32 a small article stating that those placard carrying Mulsims in Luton who were against the troops return HAD actually been arrested and charged with Public Order Offences and will be apparing in Court in September. Funny how this news was not carried front page by any press, is that in case it upsets anyone not in uniform ? Lastly for now I got this email today and how true it is, The Urine test (This was written by a rig worker in the North Sea - What he says makes a lot of sense!) I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to earn that pay cheque, I work on a rig for a drilling contractor. I am required to pass a random urine test for drugs and alcohol, with which I have no problem. What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test. Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a benefits cheque because I have to pass one to earn it for them? Please understand that I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do on the other hand have a problem with helping someone sit on their arse drinking beer and smoking dope. Could you imagine how much money the government would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a benefit cheque? Please pass this along if you agree or simply delete it if you don't.

Biggles, I agree with the message contained within your "email," although, I suppose if it was put up as a serious idea, there are those who would think the writer was taking the p..s

Biggles its time you stood for Parliament--you get my vote on that policy alone. If we even think as to how this profligate crew who call themselves our government ladle out our taxes we would go insane. I still pay hefty taxes on a pension that was hard paid for in 40 years of work and never ONE penny of state unemployment benefit.-because i was never out of work. To think how this shower have used it to import potential 3rd world voters for their cause and how that are using the corrupt postal voting system to cling on to power just riles me beyond words. Perhaps the guy in the video is a British ex pat trying to get even further away from their clutches. Sod them all I'm going to harvest my peppers and take a lie down in the shade (36 here yesterday at least they can't tax that.lol)

John, I think you and I are fated to have diametrically opposed views, especially about Britain and her politicians. Firstly this government is NOT Labour. Their policies are to the right of centre of the Conservative party. Secondly you did not pay tax on your pension contributions therefore, like everyone else you have to pay tax on the "unearned income" generated by your investment. Thirdly, you have chosen not to live in this country for several years and that, in my opinion, precludes you from your vitriolic criticism of OUR government regardless of which party is in power. Fourthly, while I think that this man should still be in prison the British Nation has a long history of compromise and compassion. Not necessarily a good thing because it has caused several foreign peoples to believe that they can treat us like mugs.
As for the BNP my father and other fathers, brothers, husbands, sons, fiances fought to stop the nazis in Europe between 1939 and 1945. Many of them gave their lives during that war and many of those who are still alive are suffering to this day both physically and mentally due to that war. My mother still grieves for her relatives (parents and children who were asleep in bed) killed by a nazi bomb dropped on their home on Glasgow. Anyone who advocates voting nazi should be ashamed. But it comes down to British compromise and "fairness" again. We must, after all, be tolerant of other peoples views. It is the British way.

Your actually right this Government IS NOT LABOUR. Labour supporters thought it was but as the leader is unelected in office and has brought in people like Lord (I really hate using that word) Meddlsomme probably the most suspect person in power who was also unelected. I can see what you mean. Not sure what views you hold that could come anywhere near supporting this shambles. But feel free to vote them back in power. After all that freedom was hard won by many, including my family. Sadly I now have family serving under this rabble of an MOD, in Afghanistan. Please don`t even start me on how he is being kitted out and prepared for this duty, thankfully he is long served and now a Snr.Nco so hopefully will be a little more aware than most having served in war zones previously.

The BNP,are a British right wing party supporting the British people and their culture and beliefs. The Nazi party were German--National Socialists and only spinning Labour sycophants would try to link the two to deter voters. Yes we do have different beliefs but don't worry come the revolution you will not have a fatwah taken out against you.LOL Keep believing--its your democratic right--and whilst I disagree I would fight for your right to have your views. ps Tax payers should still have a right to complain wherever they live--do North Sea oil riggers get p****** off sometimes?LOL
