From the reaction of the man flying and the people near to the pool it seems it could be genuine, the guy seems quite shocked to still be in one piece and not in intensive care. Even a large number of web sites running it suspect it just may be genuine.

Can you see any anyone risking life and limb doing a trick like that? At that speed he would have been injured due to the shallowness of the water. Also a man of his size would not come to a complete stop but would continue to hit the side of the pool, yet the pool does not move. Therefore, in my eyes, its a fake.
