Found four more photos in my collection, taken at Blackpool Airport in the early 80's; German Jetranger D-HASE parked round the back of the ANT hangar on 2nd January 1985 Bandit SE-INK was doing a ships crew change charter at Fleetwood on 3rd April 1984 Rather blurred photo of Phantom FG.1 XT907 'T' of 64 Sqdn 228 OCU, on a PD 22nd October 1984 Hercules XV182 and XV293 parked on the disused runway on the evening of 23rd August 1984. I think that they had come in to collect TA troops.

As requested Donaldson, and saved especially for Christmas, here are five more Blackpool photos from my slide collection; Air Botswana Hercules A2-ACA on the night of 7th April 1984, substitute for the usual Merchantmen freighters delivering newspapers to Belfast. Yet another view of Euroair Viscount G-AOHT on 25th August 1984, more newspapers. And here is one of the regular Air Bridge Merchantmen G-APET, also 25th August 1984. Blackpool town might be noted for its Illuminations, but the same could never be said for its Airport at night! Manx Airlines Shed G-BKMU on 27th May 1985, schedule to the IOM. Bit more recent is Robinson R22 G-BWHY on 11th October 1995, with two unidentified light aircraft taxying for departure.
