It looks like it has been translated from another Language into English. The grammar is incorrect.

Look at the properties sections of the incoming emails and see if they look to have come from genuine senders or hidden by various isp addresses. You could always reply and say you didn`t understand the message, it could be genuine but from an imigrant with poor English. r do they want it sending to a foriegn country ? if so for a door I would forget it unless it has gold encrusted panels in it.
