Phil and I were discussing all the heavy metal that travels down Dungeon Lane especially when they are harvesting the potato crop. Tractors like the New Holland T8.390 that is an all singing, all dancing machine with satellite navigation for ploughing, air conditioning and costing close on £100,000. I used to be a JCB driver many moons ago and you were lucky if it had a heater or windows some times. New Holland T8.390 John Deere 7530

Can we not import some Albanians to do it by hand for a shilling a day?

Excellent pictures Brian, especially the motion blur on the wheels of the John Deere 7530 Row-crop tractor introduced in 2007 at £84000. Phil

When Dungeon Lane is closed off I wonder how the residents of Baileys Lane will react when they find these vehicles and trailers passing their front doors on a regular basis. GR

They'll have to live with them like everyone else in the Village does! The tractors are fine, it's just some of the cr*p that fallout of the trailers that's the problem
