According to my info to the left of the page I am now a God. I didn't realize that posting the odd report on the Forum was so rewarding. I have gone from a non-believer to man at the top in one fell swoop by-passing doing good things, sainthood and martrydom. Beatification rules OK. But on the other hand it could be just a spelling mistake. Ah well, back to the day job.

Demoting a god is easy, try demoting a prophet.\LOL
Please note for all of our PC appeasers--small case therefore not any one particular prophet.LOL
ps the only thing I would call Dave is a hard working selfless ***** and strength to his arm from one of the grateful masses.(that sort of makes him a demi-god in my book.LOL)

Good one Steve.
Any publicity is good publicity--we have loads of photos of the sun as well as the snow.
We also have 4 International airports within an hours drive,+many smaller airfields.
The Geneva-Marseilles cycletrack just yards away and free bikes to anyone who wants to borrow them-- did I forget to mention the fishing for exotic species such as Sturgeon,Big mouth Bass and Catfish?Tackle provided free of course.
Then the 2 Vignerons in the village and countless pleasant country walks.
Did anyone mention skiing--easy access to MANY ski slopes from beginners to Val D'Isere and beyond.
All this and a 10% reduction for LJLA spotters.Can't be all bad.
But book early we are soon full as we have only 4 double bedrooms.
The power of advertising--all we need now is LJLA service to Chambery for the skiing--did I ever mention that?LOL

Jet2 seem to think so.Operating to Chambery from Mcr,Leeds,Belfast and all points north.LOL
Surely our Geneva service(which I use regularly) and the Grenoble service_(used once|) are not sufficient if the line up of package airliners at Chambery are an indication.
I have seen 3 757s and 5 7373 on the ground at once + a mix of DHC-7s and Embraers.The 737s include S7 from Moscow.
Somebody must think it pays.
I feel we are giving too much of a free hand to our competition -perhaps Easyjet might think so too.Especially if they have aircraft with little to do in the winter months.
Just a thought even though I do bang on about it.LOL
