On the Shropshire Aero Club website an attraction arriving on the Monday was to be a Vampire. On the day this was expected at 3.30pm. However at 4pm one of the spotters contacted a mate at Bournemouth and found the Vampire was still under wraps there! As I left SAC members spread the word that the Vampire was due at 6pm - did it arrive?

The Vampire did arrive. Extract from "echofoxtrot"'s note to me. "just to let you know that the Vampire arrived at about 1820. I went home and returned. Did a fantastic flypast from two different directions." Regards Beemer.
