Just gone onto my balcony 18.20 tonight 12.09 and caught the rear of what looked like a DHC Beaver very low level, going towards Woodvale, which it wne tover the top of I reckon, I got no radio tx to either Woodvale or Warton and watched as it headed to towards Bpl anyone id for me it, looked to be painted dark body and wings but appeared to have yellow wheel spats, may have not been a Beaver but that French high wing radial engine model I can`t think of the name though.

I could indeed be thinking of that aircraft . I ID talent is slipping as I could only see it from behind with bins, and only managed that view by chance as it was nearer to Formby and travelling through a mass of weight shift microlights from Ince. If the radio was used I never found it. Only drawback to the aircraft being a Broussard is that it didn`t have twin rudder tail unit. So back to a Beaver
