Hi All, Just a quick question not been across the bridge for a few weeks are there any works taking place this week-end Saturday 21st June 2014 Runcorn bound, Sunday 22nd June 2014 Liverpool bound? Many thanks Les McS  |

Les, there are no bridge works forecast. The only thing on the Matrix sign is that Widnes are playing Leeds on Sunday and could be possible delays. I would have thought Leeds fans would come down the M62 not over the bridge. Regards Beemer.

So? Any excuse.I believe there is an earthquake expected in the Galapagos Islands on the morning of Sunday 13 July which ,undoubtedly,will cause lengthy delays on the Runcorn bridge.

Brian, Thanks for your help once again. MB thanks for the heads up on the earthquake expected in the Galapagos Islands on the morning of Sunday 13 July I'm leaving North Wales on Sunday 22nd June 2014 so hopefully shouldn't have any impact on the bridge I'll leave early just in case. Alien spacecraft expected over Runcorn overnight 2-3 Jul.Should stop the work until daytime when the closures can recommence.Probably about 0800-0900.
