On the home page, in the final block that shows all 'Active users in the past 24 hours' section, I can understand the category 'members' (those users who have have used their log-in), 'guests' (users who either are members and have not used their log-in, or users who have never joined but use the site as read-only), but how does a user qualify to become an 'invisible' user of the site?
Probably quite obvious - but can anyone enlighten me !!!

They don't want you to know they are there or have been.
People like Government Spies, journalists and the like....to name but two possible types....big brother is watching you!
Should in this day and age be called "stealth members".

I wouldn't be too sure of that John.
The UK is normally just a two horse race. The Conservatives talked themselves out of the last two elections and it looks as though their about to do the same again. Especially as there latest policies are going to hit their traditional voters the hardest. So, if they do get in, it may not be the landslide victory they expect. The current apathy towards these two main stream parties could also see large swings over to the BNP, UKip, Librals, Greens, etc. So, could be interesting times ahead especially if theres a hung-parliament.

Nice one beemer!
Actually anyone can set themselves to 'invisible' in their profile section by setting stay invisible to yes.
Dave and I will still be able to see them though ;-)
Cheers,
Paul

A quick tweek in the Admin settings can remove the Invisable members setting so all members will be shown as on line
