I last visited on the 8th Nov and since then there has been an increase in development , as you will see from the photo's a vast difference on both the approach road at Moor Lane roundabout and the extension out into the river plus on the Runcorn side they now have the Coffer Dam set up which seems to be of a circular construction , plus Brian I now have a close up of the boat you mentioned , yes it does have wheels.
