Why would we need the extra troops--we have already surrendered--we once called the French garlic eating surrender monkeys BUT they still have free speech which they defend and freedom of the press.
how many of our newspapers OR THE BBC were courageous enough to publish the Charlie Ebdo front page? NONE
I can remember when we were a proud nation not a nation grovelling to islam.
Sharia law has arrived--check out how many of our schools serve halal meat to ALL the children regardless of their creed. What about Sharia courts in London?
Try walking through Nelson town centre as a lone white male---I have---try working in Bradford--I have.
As for hate mail--I suppose if I lived in England I imagine the thought police would now be battering at my door.
How things have changed and at what speed.
You do well to point out how things are going down the nick and you have my sincere sympathy--as for me--Je Suis Charie--as the poster on my car proclaims and I am not ashamed or afraid to say so.
Vive La France----never thought I would ever say that.

I have to say John I never thought I would be supporting the French in anything, however having done the work I did in the past for most of my working life I have nothing but total sympathy and admiration for the French Security personel and the difficult job they now have.
I don`t actually have much support or admiration for Charlie H as they knew full well and still do what the result of their deliberate provocation will be but sadly not to who it will happen. Yet another Police officer was seriously injured today by being run down by a vehicle beleived terrorist connected in France and also an incident in Belgium has occurred resukting in death.
Meanwhile here in UK we to my horror it was announced that we have allowed to return into the UK from Jihadi Holiday Tours a high number of so called dissillusioned so called terror trainees, I was led to believe the Government would soundly prevent this ever happening, seems not.
We now have Army members being protected whilst on duty by armed Police officers ? so does that mean that all Army Guards outside places of importance are carrying fake weapons or do not have ammunition for them ?
You couldnt make a TV comedy like this.

I agree with most of what you say and there is no denying what has happened.
However what has happened to freedom of the press and free speech in the rest of Europe--except Denmark.
If you accept Sharia censorship you become part of the problem--not you personally but people in general.
What if we accepted that no one should criticize the National Front--would that be acceptable? Of course not it would infringe our
civil liberties--but to criticize the islamist invaders and their methods--a different matter--just keep quiet until they have full
control seems the order of the day.
The history of Islamic colonisation of Europe makes an interesting study and as for integration--I spent a lot of time with 4th
generation islamists in Bradford--many of whom were really decent people who I liked and worked with and admired BUT they had made NO
concessions to the west and were totally NON integrated--they knew nothing and did not care about our history, culture or ideals.
They lived in a self chosen Islamic world and a rapidly growing one.
This I fear is the future for Britian--and of course political parties are now recognising the power of the moslem vote in marginal seats--
Take care it is arriving chez nous before too long and then where will you go?----for many people it will be the nearest mosque--or else.
I ask should people be killed for drawing cartoons no matter how provocative in their OWN country--those foreigners who don't like it
can always leave or is that no longer an option.
I am proud of my adopted country on this issue and repeat--"JE SUIS CHARLIE" and Vive La France.
But I am happy to gloss over the sale of helicopter carriers to Russia as the rest of the French are--after all business is business.LOL
ps French TV reports that the UK has welcomed back 500 returning jehadists--WTF is going on?

John I support everything you say in your last post, especially the final sentance on returning holiday travellers. I think the whole of the majority of the UK are asking the same question made even more important when Ministers clearly stated that returning terror trainees would be refused entry, only to be told that that decision would be hard to enforce because of European Legislations in force.
The very best statement I read this week was made by the Mayor ( i think) of may even be Denmark who clearly voiced that he had no problem with Muslim imigrants arriving in his country provided they integrated with the local community properly and gave full support to the traditions etc of the place they chose to live in, if they could not or did not want to do so he said they should F,,,K OFF back to where they came from he made even more remarks of the same strength.
The difference with the person making these remarks was not only was he a politician he could not even be classed as Islamophobic WHY ? HE IS MUSLIM.
When and how long will it take for the UK and other European states get politicians willing to do and say the same and stand by those sorts of remarks.
Somehow I can not see Cardboard Clegg, or any other doing what is needed.
We have a leading Al Quaida terrorists (currently in jail in France) wife and family living in Leicester on benefit having moved here from France. because of it (UK) Islamist state and also free money and housing.
I think personally we are nearing, or have passed the time when the WW2 practice of intering people who are or are suspected of being a threat to national security or the well being of property or people.
Last question can visitors to an Islamic Country build churches and worship God ?

ian, I am sure there is but hopefully freedom of speech is still allowed on this forum even if some want to alter that. The pictures as good as they are as usual are also oddly of machines designed to protect that freedom.

Sorry Ian and anyone else reading who finds this not really relevant--I will end at that--I just find islamofascisism difficult to take.
And the ship photos WERE interesting ---even if we did then wander off the subject.
