Mauld, I must give you fair warning that videos that have advertisments on them are not allowed on this forum. You are welcome to post videos but without the adverts. If you can do this all well and good but if not it will be removed. I recently asked another member to do the same and he preferred not to do so and all his videos and his membership were deleted. Regards Beemer. (Administrator)

Mauld,
The issue here is that u-tube now award payments to those who sign up to embed videos in website and forum, along with u-tube's advertising. We recently had a member who was placing 2 to 4 rather amateur videos (poorly captioned at times), each week on the forum - and getting paid for them, while those who place their excellent photographs, information and longer 'reads' do so for the pleasure of passing on information, without seeking and certainly not expecting financial reward.
I trust you can see the rather difficult position this put the admin team in, as it also contravened our no commercial advertising posts for financial gain rule - one of only a very few site rules beyond common sense and respect for other postees.
I see you quickly changed your post to a link, which is great, thank you - and the video is a delight to watch. Just thought you deserved a fuller explanation behind 'Beemer's' request.

I appreciate that passing on information is important, but passing on experiences in my opinion is also important. My videos are appreciated by many who are unable to attend airshows for a number of reasons. I do this as a hobby and the way youtube works (or rather doesn't work) is to post advertising on videos, every thing in life costs. I resisted this for a number of years but had to bow to the inevitable. The very modest amount I receive doesn't pay the expense I incur obtaining the footage, editing, and posting the final video. As I said this is a hobby but I do strive to produce quality work. As this is the only forum that has objected to me embedding videos I shall refrain from this in the future.
