Picked up from a post on the Valley Aviation Society forum: A not too far from total, a partial solar eclipse when viewed from NW England on Friday, March 20th, at its closest to total 9:32am, the whole event lasting 2 hr 15 min. A total lunar eclipse when viewed from NW England on September 28th, at its darkest 3.47am, the whole event from start to finish takes 3 hours 11 minutes. Details on a website: www.timeanddate.com/
