Fed Ex MD11 was try to landed at Tokyo-Narita Airport this morning. The aircraft impacted nosegear-first and simultaneously rolled to the left where its left wing and stabilizer broke off causing a massive blaze. The MD11 broke apart and came to rest on its roof about 100 meters to the left of the runway at about mid-point. Both crewmembers were killed in the crash or postcrash fire.
