The first Melon photo is a cracker!
The ATP photos have great cloud backgrounds as well, and I've been wondering if it would be possible to do a 'reverse charter' in a passenger ATP - to save you a long trip. Getting out of the IOM would be easy, but it might be a month-long wait to get back!?

Thanks Ackington, although the only thing that keeps bugging me when I see M-ELON is that the Manx flag on the tail seems to be on a strange angle. Almost seems to be a common thing getting flags of countries wrong on aircraft. A recent example was G650 M-YSIX a few weeks ago, the Irish flag was the wrong way round!
It would be great catching a ride on one of the positioning Nextjet ATP's out of here and certainly would save the long drag to get to Sweden to fly on one for the last time. But I've looked into it and it is quite reasonable. As I posted on Calflier's thread on ATP flying, the best way I've found so far is IOM-Dublin-Stockholm-Tallin-Stansted-IOM and if booked a month or two in advance, all comes in at about £250. Not bad!

Hi Alex, only fly in the ointment is the Flybe Stansted IOM is due to finish, so you would have to do the trip before the end of the winter timetable.

Hi Robaero, Yes I am aware that Flybe are stopping the Stansted flights. Think it is the end of March. I was thinking maybe mid-march for doing it
