Congratulations DC10 on being sworn in as one of 472 (Hoylake) squadrons finest. Although in a very different eara and squadron, I hope you have as much fun as I did.
Well done son, were all very proud of you.

Nice one! Both of my kids arnt interested in the ATC which is strange as my wife and I were both in the ATC. I was in 90 Speke when they were at the old airport

They don't know what their missing. It might skip a generation, especially if you get to look after the grandkids. Unless they bus them in, there is still an ATC presents at the old airport as I see them doing drill practice on a regular basis there.
I was in 1966 Wavertree Squadron during the early to mid 70's. Still see my old CO (a little unsteady on his feet now), as he gets on my bus every now and than but the last time I spoke to him (at a Cathedral choir reunion) he didn't remember me. Still, I suppose when you have so many faces passing through the ranks (coupled with the aging process), it's easy to forget.

well done dc10. im a cadet for merseyside police in prescot which is good fun when we get to go out on events and foot
