Beware of this! Back in 2006 we booked a trip. 757 Monarch charter, we didn't get off the ground, the previous 'flight' staged a sit in, since captain admitted they would not see anything because cabin lights and external wing tip lights could not be completly switched off!! Once we boarded ( 2 hours later) we were told the news and all the passengers voted for a refund and we returned to the terminal. Must say, the intro lecture was great- chap form Sky at Night programme! I believe 737, A320 are now used, since the lighting issue is not a problem!
