For anyone interested , Classic FM have arranged to broadcast a programme of recordings suggested by me , as their Full Works Concert on the above date. We all have different tastes in music , but if you choose to listen , I hope you find this enjoyable and entertaining.
Keep on rockin' in the free world ! (oops , sorry , wrong channel !)

Just a matter of interest could you tell me when your photograph of the Jetstar was taken. I just know it was outside the "International Terminal", i just can't remember it.

It would appear to be N372H which (according to Viscounts list) would be Saturday 29th September 1979.

I don't wish to be the fly in the ointment but this is a non-aviation section. Classic FM is fine but continue the discussion on Jetstars in the correct thread. Thanking you. Regards Beemer.

Brian, We were answering Vanguards question and not discussing Jetstars in general. See second post in.

OK, I have deleted the information in my post as it does not appear to be appreciated - it was not my thread drift. Which means that my link to the correct thread for Jetstar comments has gone with it. Brian. 9 hours later have just re-read the whole thread (as opposed to individual posts on 'recent Posts') and realise that Ste-t's post that caused me to take umbridge and delete my post (which was the intial reply to Vanguard) was aimed at t'other Brian, not my post. So I'll re-instate the link I provided to the thread detailing all Jetstar visits to Liverpool, including the 4 civil aircraft (and 2 military) that visited while the North airfield was in use. derbosoft.proboards.com/thread/2773

More thread drift!
No, the Liverpool Meerkats do not hibernate, but in the winter months they far less active and only ever to be seen in day-light hours and never too far from home. Come late March/early April and Grand National Day at Aintree they will once again be seen congregating in some numbers! Once the air show season is properly underway they can be encountered all over the country, but after Southport Air Display they will once again safely be on home territory, not venturing out far and then only in small numbers!!
