Thanks for the update Acklington. From what I have read and heard (so none of it is necessarily gospel), there is a bit of a Mexican stand-off taking place between the Czech and the British CAA. The British CAA as such only have oversight of aircraft operations on the island, so they're probably reluctant to make any lasting judgements. The Czech CAA don't seem too bothered because it's not on their territory and of course the IOM is not in the EU, so EASA can't get involved either, nor I suspect, would they want to.
My guess is that this story will run a bit longer yet.
I agree about the flying experience and actually, it's not a bad little aircraft. I've done a few trips on them in and around the Czech Republic and they were fine. However, I would question the wisdom of a small high-winged aircraft being operated from what is generally a windy island.

Agree with Mr. Acklington. I have flown on four of the five City Wing LET 410s between Staverton and IoM and back a dozen times over the last three years. OK-TCA has elluded me! Enjoyed every flight but understandibly can get a bit wobbly at times. I am popping over in June to visit family and may take in a few TT races as well and am intrigued to know what we will be flying over in. Thanks for the updates Ballasalla 26 End
