The forum quoted on the initial post and the photos above, both agree that it is absolutely certainly XS885 ex Predannack - Beemer's photo a few years ago at Predonnack just totally confirms it! So XS885/812:DD it is. The DD likely being 'Dummy Deck' as there is no known 'DD' ship code.
Now an identity for the (likely) Beech Baron, might be more difficult, not being obvious on the airframe.

Nice one Dave We just need to identify the plane now Ian I think we are all in agreement that the fuselage is that of a Beechcraft Baron. From Dave / Barfleurs' photos we can see that the registration on the port side has been oversprayed with grey primer. All the instrument panel has been removed so no identification there. The manufacturers plate on a Baron is on the right hand side of the fuselage just above the trailing edge of the flaps, looking at Daves' photos it appears that the right hand side has been cut out to allow access - so no plate ? Its identity may well remain a mystery.

After several unsuccessful attempts to photograph XS885 over the last year, the most recent visit found the business closed down and the Wessex gone. It now resides in Burnley on a similar site run by Hardline Airsoft. I could not tell if the Baron-esque fuselage remains or not.
