I posted this before on the old site and in any case Photobucket would have done for it now, so to illustrate some of the faces behind some of these memories being posted, here is the crew from the 1965 tour of Europe in our Bedford Dormobile. Taken at Lydd after a crossing in a Flying Nissan Hut, F-BLHH, of Cie Air Transport. Yours truly is in the green pullover. Ron, it was indeed a few years ago, well more than just a few (2010), but was on this incarnation of the nwan forum: derbosoft.proboards.com/thread/4698/1965-tour-groupThe original photo on that thread was indeed wiped-out by Photobucket, I've just resurrected the image there by inserting a copy of the code using Admin's powers to enter posts. There is quite a thread of discussion there regarding who is who, memories etc. The line up is: Johnie Walker and John Wiseman on the roof. From left to right: Alan Scholefield, Phil Butler, Brian Bond, G. 'Mac' McCullum, Ron Turner, John Francis and Rod Simpson. So now the people on the photo now know who they are! Note how the tone of the trip descends from log books and binoculars on the left to beer bottles on the right.

Thanks Brian. I had remembered the names of everybody except Jonnie Walker on the roof.
