Hi All
Just been on the news, there is more Volcanic Ash entering Irish Airspace and that Dublin and Shannon might be closed tomorrow.

Confirmed now Irish airspace closed Tuesday 4th between 7am - 1pm except Ryanair who chose 6am - 2pm. Some Scottish airports aso affected. i bet Gordon Brown hopes wind will close UK airspace as well as we near voting day. ?

Gordon Brown? UK airspace? Voting day? Biggles, I, and most probably many others on this page, haven't the foggiest idea what you are on about. Clarify, please.

It was me being cynical at the thought that the PM would actually be quite delighted at the prospect of the Ash cloud returning, resulting in a closure of UK Airpspace which could then result in an awful lot of postal votes failing to arrive and be counted thus altering the election result, add that thought to the thousands of British Military serving abroad who will fail to be able to vote postally, or be able to return to UK, or even the holiday makers who are still stranded as a result of the last cloud coverage. But then again even after clarification that couldn`t possibly be a possibility could it The first part of my submission was factual though.
