While checking something on Google maps I noticed that the Britannia was no longer at the old airport apron? Did I miss something on here about it moving. All the other aircraft appear to be there. Jake

It's certainly still there Jake, we work on it most Saturdays!
I have just checked Google Earth and it's not where it should be, although the other aircraft are. I also note that the new building works close to the 748 aren't on Google Earth either although the new Cinema on the retail park is. That would tend to date the Google Earth info as being between 6 and 12 months old. This shows that you shouldn't take information on line as being 100% true as this has clearly been doctored, probably by Boris Johnson.
Update: there is evidence from A Net that aircraft are being edited out at airports. This is probably Google trying to avoid showing sensitive targets on line, but it makes you wonder what else is being edited out.

very good chance that "they" may use the same people at a well known internet company A#L.com? who do not know one type of aircraft to another, after all to some people all aircraft look the same
