In the news today was the report of a Romanian who managed to gain access into the wheel compartment of a Saudi Royal family owned 747 whilst parked on the tarmac at Vienna. He remained in place as the empty aircraft flew from Vienna to London, only falling out as the aircraft landed. Having been arrested and medically found to have suffered nothing serious, he was CAUTIONED 
by the police and allowed to remain in the UK as he was a member of a European Country. 
Who needs a third runway at London when you enter the UK this way with no apparent penalty.
