The mentioned EZY148 is Aberdeen to Luton not Liverpool... but it was cancelled anyway. EZY7102 from Madrid, sched' 18:25 now expected 22:10. EZY7045/6 to Paris cancelled. But don't worry, the 757 is only 10 minutes behind schedule Seems there are big delays in Northern France.

If you have been watching ceefax over the past few days there have been quite a few minor delays affecting many airlines. I returned from Malta on Saturday with EZY to MAN and we were subject to a 40 min atc restriction even though the plane was boarded and ready to go on schedule. Three RYR flights were also subject to this delay and also the EZY to Gatwick, seems like we are having atc problems at the moment.

This could have been put in the relevant movements thread instead of creating an undated extra thread!
Quick Google reveals.....
Due to Strike Action by some French Air Traffic Controllers from 17:50 UTC 14th June until 05:30 UTC 16th June 2010, some flights to and from France may be delayed or cancelled.
Which I guess would be a significant factor in the delays for aircraft originating, passing through or ending in French Airspace.
Cheers,
Dave (still away!)

"This could have been put in the relevant movements thread instead of creating an undated extra thread!" Dave my apologies but I understood that if I clicked to open a new thread it was dated automatically, I also chose to put it in this section as my information referred to LPJL movements which may or may not arrive ? Biggles, what I meant is that it helps this section if the postings relevant to each day are in a Single, dated thread titled, for example, "Monday 14th June", and, if you look down this section's headers, it does follow this format (apart from the odd ones eg ezy757, which should probably have originated in "Industry News"). What I'm saying is that you posted it in the right section, but we already had a thread for that day, therefore there was no need to open another discussion relating to that day's movements, you should have just added it to the existing thread. As for follow-up posts (now removed), please can people not slag others off. Such conduct is not tolerated and continued postings of this nature will lead to permanent removal of offender/s. It is not a welcome part of this forum and shows no respect to other users. Anyway, back to the glorious sunshine here in North Yorkshire :-) Cheers, Dave
