No wonder ordinary football fans find it hard to get tickets to see matches. Its well known that players get an allocation of tickets for friends and famillies, but football pundits? Robbie Earle, so called football expert (not sure playing for Wimbledon makes you an expert) has been sacked for selling on his allocation for a world cup game. If you add up the number of commentators and pundits from around the world who are in SA, I wonder how many freebies are actually given out.

It seems that Earle bought tickets at a (very) preferential rate and had access to no less than 140. 36 of these were used by 36 (very pretty) girls dressed in orange at the Holland-Denmark match to advertise Bavaria Beer. They were ejected at half time and the tickets were traced back to Earle, who claimed that he had given them to a "friend". He had signed an agreement that the tickets would only be used by family and friends, so ITV sacked him. Incredibly he was paid £140K per annum for being not very good.

. Incredibly he was paid £140K per annum for being not very good. I could save ITV money by spouting the s**t he does for half that price.
