The fire is on the Sankey Valley Industrial Estate (recyclers) only a matter of yards from where Myself & Wadoki work when things are normal. Just as well we are furloughed ! 😳 It was also right next to a railway line and Earlstown station which were closed for safety reasons.

Good picture from such a distance too. I liked N le W. We lived at Golborne for a while (1969-1972) just by the back entrance to Haydock Park race course.
