Ian.Looks like you had yet another good (working) trip. Nice to see the Twin otters in Flybe scheme and I recognise the Caravan float plane from my trip to Mexico. Regards Beemer.

Hi Bob / Beemer
The thing I was looking forward to seeing was the Loganair Twin Otters, but I only saw one and that I had seen before
The photo's are from 3 locations
The shots with the terminal in the background are taken from Walkinshaw Road that runs parallel to the runway, I spent most of the time here.
The landing shots with the blue sky are taken from a car park on Greenock Road near the bridge over Black Cart Water at the end of the runway
The shots of the Caravan and King Air are from Abbotsinch Road, but there is only a couple of places to stop on this road.
Hope this helps
Ian

Excelent selection of Images, When you were on the Farm Road, "Walkinshar Raod" what lenght of lense were you using to Photograph the aircraft?? Although Glasgow is one of my Local Airports, I rerely take a trip rown the Farm Raod when I am @ Glasgow. My favroute location is the carpark on the Greenock "Inchinnan" Raod and if the sun premits I go onto the Cart Bridge

I use a Panasonic FZ-18 with a 18x Optical Zoom.i think the 35mm equivalent is 500mm, but not sure. It is a bit difficult shooting through the fence on the farm road due to the motion sensors fitted to the fence.
