Ian, Is the dirtrack down to Linley Hill still as bad. When I went a couple of years ago a 4x4 would have been needed to get down the track? Was G-HULL there when you went? Bob

What sort of reception did you get?
About 4 years ago I was uncremonously chucked out before I had finished parking the car by very officious female! Yet since, I have been told it is one of the friendliest places possible.
Incidently, who are you kidding, the only place you can be en route to when you see the 'Airfield' sign is Lindley Hill Airfield - which is off the beaten track, off the beaten track, around the back of the back of nowhere!!

The reception here was OK, no problems. There was an official looking woman hanging around the petrol pumps but we didn't speak.
The dirt track to the airfield was relatively smooth and very very long.
G-HULL was in one of the hangars
