First trip here in many years. General view from the downs above the site Lining up for an air-tow Everything here seems to be on a slope Quite a few gliders were spotter-proof with full covers Quite friendly here - just ask at reception. Alan

It looks a very picturesque place, Alan. Not a place I have been to and looking at my copy of Autoroute Express it has it down as London Gliding Club on the B489 and seconded by the reg on the Robin, G-LGCC. Regards Beemer.

Alan I was speaking to the owner of Schleicher ASK 16 G-BCHT and she told me the airfield now has new regulations that you have to stay behind the fence. Which is situated near to the hangars and clubhouse. This was due to damage being caused by some idiot to one of the tugs. If anyone has not been to Dunstable take the M1 to the junction before Luton Airport then the A505 through Dunstable, looking out for the lots of speed cameras then the A489. As you come out of Dunstable the road goes down quite a steep incline where there is a speed camera. The airfield is on your left just after the camera. Nice pictures by the way, especially the one from the top of the Downs. Happy Days Bob
