Some nice photos there Mark but I was always under the impression photography was a bit difficult at Italian airports with security. Regards Beemer.

Cheers guys.
Thanks for the M reg Brian.
Brian (Beemer), I have never been stopped taking pics in Italy. I have been to Bergamo, Verona, Venice, Lucca, Brescia, Pisa and Florence and the security just walk past.
In Bergamo a police heli hovered over me and the guy in non flying seat waved and went off.
Lucca has an active Mil base and the soldiers just wave. My missus, last year, panicked when we where at Lucca because she shouted 'there's a man pointing a gun towards us'. It was a soldier on the Mil fire engine! Made me chuckle.

Mark, nice selection of stuff there, if you let me have the codes on the Merlin and the C130J I should be able to tie them up for you. I can confirm that is deffo M-OLEG.
It is pretty funny how "non" spotters get all worked up when abroad, whereas we tend to take even a real soldier witha gun with a pinch of salt!!!
