2 November. Qatari Typhoons QA400 and QA408 departed on their delivery flight. Unfortunately I missed it! QA401 and QA409 are near the end of their test flight programmes; perhaps two or three more flights each, then they'll be finished. After they leave eight will have been delivered in total. As far as I am aware, none of the next group of Qatari Typhoons has been test-flown yet. 3 November. BAE Corporate were using an ATR and a Jetstream instead of the two Embraers for the communications flights. The 2-seater had a LITENING pod on the centreline pylon. A few of us fence-hugging photographers got lucky with the position of the moon on its return.
